Photography started out as a hobby for me while growing up in the Netherlands. I never considered it a profession until I moved to New York in 2008, where I found that my work as a photographer was in enough demand to turn it into a second career.
Since then, I have established a portfolio that is dominated by headshots for performing artists and performance/stage photography. I also have a strong track record in event photography, ranging from weddings to corporate meetings to multi-day festivals, shooting in a variety of locations indoors and outdoors, domestic and abroad.
My formal training includes the School of Visual Arts and the International Center of Photography, both in New York.
